The Associate Residential Manager supervises all aspects of the residential programs to ensure the health, safety, welfare, and personal development of individuals. The manager oversees the service and planning for individuals, ensuring the outcomes in their individual support plans are implemented. The manager also oversees the development of the home's employees. They attend the regular meetings that are held relating to the care of the individuals, including, but not limited to, monthly employee meetings at the home and treatment team meetings. The manager represents Northwood Health Systems when associating with individuals from the community, parents, and other human service agencies.

The Supportive Residential Program is working with individuals with a mental illness. This position requires going into the individual's home to provide support and training in basic living skills. The ideal candidate is one who works independently, has good communication skills and is willing to take clients into the community to assist with social skills and community resources. Flexible schedules are available to work around your busy schedule. This is a great position for those who would like to work evenings and weekends, which allows schedules to fit around school, other employment, or family commitments. As a Day Treatment Tech, you will assist individuals in the facility and in the community with day to day activities such as daily living skills, community safety programs, and supportive employment. You will also enjoy company paid activities in the community such as hockey games, movies, and other events.
