Systems is seeking a compassionate and dependable full-time Community Focused
Treatment Technician to join our team and support individuals living with
mental illness. This position is a great opportunity for an individual with
experience working with people with mental illness who is looking for a
Monday-Friday daytime schedule, with occasional Saturday hours for special
events. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, enjoys helping others, is
comfortable working in a group setting, and is committed to supporting
individuals in achieving greater independence and success in their community!

Qualifications:
- Minimum
of 18 years of age
- High
School diploma or GED
- Valid
driver's license is required
- Minimum
of one (1) year of experience working with individuals with mental illness
- Must
pass a background check
Responsibilities:
- Encourage
individuals to develop skills that promote independence, socialization,
and successful participation in the community.
- Assist
with structured community-based activities.
- Support
and/or facilitate group activities as directed.
- Promote
a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for individuals served.
- Complete
required documentation accurately and timely.
- Maintain
professional boundaries and protect the privacy, dignity, and rights of
individuals served.
