Team Leader for Assertive Community Treatment Team

Northwood Health Systems is seeking an experienced clinical manager to lead a team of talented therapists, nurses and case managers. The position is responsible for managing all aspects of the team, including client admission and discharge, recruitment and training, and directing daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in behavioral health services, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory role.
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Master's level WV license in either counseling, social work, or supervised psychologist. A registered nurse (RN) may serve as a team leader.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of mental health professionals, including therapists, case managers, and nurses.
  • Ensure effective coordination of care among team members, clients, and service providers.
  • Oversee the implementation of the ACT program policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance.
  • Manage documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks related to program operations.
