Residential House Supervisor
Full Time Position

The House Supervisor position supervises all aspects of the residential house to ensure the health, safety, welfare, and personal development of individuals. You will assist individuals in their homes with daily activities and basic living skills, along with tracking client finances, attending clients doctor appointments, scheduling and staffing issues in the home. House Supervisors attend regular meetings that are held relating to the care of the individuals, including, but not limited to, monthly employee meetings at the home and treatment team meetings. The supervisor represents Northwood Health Systems when associating with individuals from the community, parents, and other human service agencies.
House supervisors should have at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual / developmental disabilities. Supervisory experience is preferred.
