We're growing our outpatient programs and need several counselors to provide individual therapy, group counseling, and intake assessments in both our Wheeling and New Martinsville locations.

These positions are available to individuals with a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology. We are hiring both licensed/experience clinicians and new graduates.

Job Description:

POSITION: Clinician

RESPONSIBLE TO: Clinical Director 

EDUCATION:  Will be dependent upon the career level for the position  

TRAINING:  You will complete all necessary training to ensure compliance with OHFLAC regulations as well as the requirements of Medicare, Medicaid or other insurance plans.  

DRUG TESTING REQUIREMENTS: This position is a 'safety sensitive' position and as such is subject to random drug testing.  To help ensure the safety of our clients, this position will be subjected to random drug testing.

EXPERIENCE - will depend on the 'career level' of the position and the background of the individual.  

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

1.  Provide medically necessary clinical services to the clients under your care. 

2.  Provide only services for which you have been properly credentialed.  

3.  Be an active member of the client's treatment team and attend treatment team meetings.  

4.  You will  meet or exceed the productivity standard for this position.  

5.  Attend staff meetings as scheduled.

6.  Complete your documentation and billing on a daily basis. 

7.  You will serve as a role model for you client's and ensure that you practice in an ethical manner.   

8.  Perform other duties that may, from time to time, become necessary for the well-being of the corporation and can most effectively be accomplished by the incumbent, acting in the role characterized by the position.
