Environmental Services Technician

Northwood Health Systems is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Environmental Services Technician to support the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of our facilities across Ohio, Marshall, and Wetzel counties. This role combines janitorial services with light maintenance work to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for staff and clients.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to pass background check
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and cleaning procedures preferred

Responsibilities:

• Travel between multiple facility locations as needed
• Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Strip, wax, and maintain floors
• Complete basic maintenance tasks (painting, minor plumbing, repairs)
• Perform seasonal outdoor work including grass and snow removal
