Environmental Services Technician

Northwood Health Systems is seeking to fill a full-time maintenance position to provide general maintenance for facilities in Ohio, Marshall, Brooke, and Wetzel counties.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Maintain a valid driver's license
• General maintenance or construction experience
• Experience using common hand and power tools
• Able to read blueprints, repair manuals, parts catalogs as necessary
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Performing preventative and general maintenance of all properties
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance
• Overseeing contractors as needed to complete repairs
