A premier behavioral health provider is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our growing team within the Crisis Stabilization Unit. This role provides the opportunity to work with individuals experiencing acute behavioral health and/or substance use disorders who are in need of short-term, intensive support and stabilization.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a Human Services field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Psychology)
  • 1 year of Group Therapy facilitation experience
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure in West Virginia, preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient evaluations and clinical assessments, including diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
  • Provide individual psychotherapy services
  • Facilitate group psychotherapy services
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
