Northwood Health Systems is a leading provider of mental health service dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with severe mental illness and substance use disorders. Our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team offers comprehensive, community-based care to individuals in need. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Clerk to join our ACT team to provide essential support to the ACT team ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to the efficiency of client care services. 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license
  • One year experience working with adults with mental illness and/or SUD, preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Support, coordinate and communicate with clients and the ACT team.
  • Attend and participate in ACT team meetings.
  • Timely and compliant completion of client documentation.
  • Manage aspects of the Mental Hygiene process
