Northwood Health Systems is currently seeking Mental Health Technicians to work on our 16 bed Crisis Stabilization Unit. This position is an integral component of the treatment team and provides the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues. At Northwood Health Systems, our day treatment programs assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible in their community. This program provides individualized treatment in a group setting within a facility and in the community.
As a Day Treatment Tech, you assist individuals in the facility and in the community with day to day activities such as daily living skills, community safety programs, and supportive employment. You will also enjoy company paid activities in the community such as hockey games, movies, and other events.

Northwood Health Systems’ Assertive Community Treatment team is seeking applicants eligible for a West Virginia Peer Recovery Certification (PRSS) with a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field to deliver high quality peer recovery support services full time. Peer Recovery Support services are delivered by trained peers who have common life experiences with the people they are serving and can extend the reach of treatment beyond the clinical setting into the community and home environment to support and assist individuals with staying engaged in the recovery process.
West Virginia’s premiere provider of behavioral health services has a rare opportunity for an individual with experience as a Behavior Support Professional (BSP). This rewarding position is responsible for completing assessments and developing programming to enhance the lives of intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals.
