The CES serves as support for adults with psychiatric disabilities who have a history of and / or are at risk of involuntary commitment and is a facilitator of a wide range of community efforts designed to meet the needs of the patient.

Northwood Health Systems is currently seeking a Mental Health Technician to work on our 16 bed Crisis Stabilization Unit located in Weirton, WV. This position is an integral component of the treatment team and provides the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues.

The Supportive Residential Program is working with individuals with a mental illness. This position requires going into the individual's home to provide support and training in basic living skills. The ideal candidate is one who works independently, has good communication skills and is willing to take clients into the community to assist with social skills and community resources.
